Care & lifespan
Expected lifespan: 7–14 days with proper care.
- Trim 2–3 cm off the stems at an angle and stand them in clean, fresh water.
- Change the water every day or two and keep the vase clean.
- Display away from direct sun, radiators and fruit bowls.
Returns & refunds
Because every order is handmade to order with perishable or bespoke materials, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
To make sure you're happy, we share photos of your finished arrangement before it leaves the studio so you can request changes. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed, contact us and we'll put it right.
Payment & ordering
Add to your cart and pay securely by card at checkout — for delivery, collection or UK-wide shipping alike. Payment is handled by Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay supported) and your card details never touch our site.
Cancel before we begin and any payment is refunded in full to your card, typically within 5–10 business days.
