“Absolutely amazing experience! The florist was so friendly and had a wonderful sense of style. She designed a gorgeous bouquet in my favourite pink tones, and the final result was even more beautiful than I expected. The flowers were incredible value for money and, in my opinion, one of the best floral experiences I’ve had in Leeds. My friend was genuinely surprised and delighted when she received the bouquet. I highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for unique, beautifully arranged flowers and outstanding service. The location is also very convenient, with easy parking nearby. Our reviews policy
We're a small independent studio in Leeds, so a review carries real weight for us. Here is exactly how ours work, and what happens if you think one of them is wrong.
- Every review is genuine
- We only publish reviews from real customers. We don't write reviews ourselves, we don't buy them, and we never ask anyone to post one on our behalf. Reviews left on a product page are read and approved by us before they appear, and if we can't tie one to a real order we take it down.
- Reviews are voluntary, and never rewarded
- Leaving a review is entirely up to you, and saying nothing at all is completely fine. We never offer a discount, a voucher, free flowers or anything else in return for a review, and a review is never a condition of anything. If we send you a thank-you code, it's for your order, never for what you wrote.
- How we collect them
- Once your order has arrived we send one short email asking, honestly, how it went, with links to Google and Trustpilot. You can also leave a review on the product page of the exact bouquet you ordered. We ask every customer the same way, not only the ones we expect to be kind, and you can tell us at checkout not to send the email at all.
- What you see on this page
- The wall above is what we have, grouped by where each review came from: Google, reviews customers sent us directly, and reviews left on individual products. We don't leave out the less glowing ones, and we don't re-order them to put the five stars first. The star rating is worked out from the real ratings, never typed in by hand.
- If you think a review is wrong
- Please tell us. Email hello@thefloralmuse.uk with the reviewer's name and roughly when it appeared, and we'll look into it. If it's about something we got wrong, we would far rather put the order right than argue about the review. On Google and Trustpilot we can reply and report anything we believe is fake, but only those platforms can remove it.
