1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website thefloralmuse.uk (“the Site”) operated by The Floral Muse (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Products and services
We sell fresh flowers, preserved flower art and hand-crocheted florals. Product availability, pricing and delivery options vary. We reserve the right to update product information and prices without prior notice. Images are indicative; actual products may vary slightly due to the nature of natural materials.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt and may contact you to confirm details. Payment is completed via the methods we specify (e.g. bank transfer, WhatsApp). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection terms depend on product type and location. Leeds and nearby areas may have local delivery; other products ship UK-wide. Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed; we will endeavour to meet them. Collection is available at our Leeds location for eligible products. You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before it has been confirmed or dispatched. Contact us promptly. Once an order is in production or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for faulty or incorrect orders. Perishable goods (fresh flowers) cannot be returned once delivered; we will resolve issues where products do not match the order.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding and materials are owned by The Floral Muse. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
