1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website thefloralmuse.uk (“the Site”) operated by The Floral Muse (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Products and services
We sell fresh flowers, preserved flowers and hand-crocheted florals. Product availability, pricing and delivery options vary. We reserve the right to update product information and prices without prior notice. Images are indicative; actual products may vary slightly due to the nature of natural materials.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe (we never see or store your full card details); Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. A contract is formed once your payment is confirmed, and we'll email your order code. Bespoke enquiries (where no public price is displayed) are quoted by us once the brief is agreed, and paid via a secure payment link. All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). You may order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK; if you pay from overseas, your bank handles any currency conversion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. In the unlikely event we cancel, any payment already taken is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection terms depend on product type and location. Leeds and nearby areas may have local delivery; other products ship UK-wide. Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed; we will endeavour to meet them. Collection is available at our Leeds location for eligible products. We deliver only within the United Kingdom and do not ship outside the UK. You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before it has entered production or been dispatched. Contact us promptly and, where we can honour the cancellation, we will refund any payment in full to the original method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times. Once an order is in production, cancellations may not be possible; refunds for faulty or incorrect orders are handled on a case-by-case basis per our Returns Policy. Perishable goods (fresh flowers) cannot be returned once delivered; we will resolve issues where products do not match the order.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding and materials are owned by The Floral Muse. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
