Three ways to receive your flowers
Which one applies depends on what you're ordering, not on what you choose — fresh flowers are hand-delivered locally, while preserved and crocheted pieces travel well and go anywhere in the UK.
Leeds fresh delivery
Fresh bouquets and arrangements, hand-delivered by us across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Priced by the distance to your address, from £5.00.
UK-wide shipping
Preserved flowers and hand-crocheted florals, posted anywhere in the UK with tracked Royal Mail — from £5.00, shown at checkout.
Studio collection
Collect from our Leeds studio for free. Pick a slot at checkout; we confirm the address and access notes in your confirmation email.
Fresh flower delivery across Leeds
Fresh flowers don't travel well through the post, so we deliver them ourselves. That means the price depends on how far your postcode is from our studio rather than a flat national rate: enter the delivery postcode at checkout and you'll see the exact charge for that address before you pay. It starts at £5.00 for the closest addresses and never exceeds £20.00.
Where we deliver
Leeds city centre and the surrounding areas — Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Horsforth and the wider West Yorkshire postcodes, out to roughly 15 km from the studio. If your postcode falls outside our driving range, checkout will tell you rather than take the order — and preserved or crochet flowers can still be posted to you.
Not sure? Try a Leeds delivery page or just ask us — a Leeds postcode is always priced as local delivery, never as national shipping.
What the price covers
- The drive to your address and back, priced by distance and road time.
- Hand delivery by us — the arrangement is carried upright and handed over, not posted through a letterbox.
- A return trip if nobody can take it safely, and a rearranged attempt at no extra charge.
UK-wide shipping for preserved & crochet flowers
Preserved flowers and hand-crocheted florals are made to last, which makes them safe to post. They ship anywhere in the UK with tracked Royal Mail, typically 3–5 working days in transit once dispatched, from £5.00 — the exact service and price are shown at checkout before you pay. You get the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.
Everything is made to order, so allow time for us to make it as well as for the post. For a fixed date — a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday — or during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, order a week or two ahead so it arrives comfortably early. Need it sooner than that? Message us with the date before you order and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it.
Free collection from our Leeds studio
Collection costs nothing and skips transit entirely, which makes it the best option if you want the flowers at their absolute freshest or you're passing through Leedsanyway. Choose “Collection” at checkout and pick from the slots we have available — we then confirm the exact address, the access notes and your slot in the confirmation email. There is more than one way to reach us (on foot / walk-in, by car); pick whichever suits you at checkout and you'll get directions for that one.
We're a working studio rather than a walk-in shop, so please do come at your booked slot — that way your flowers are finished, wrapped and waiting rather than being made while you stand there. If your plans change, message us and we'll move the slot.
How soon can you deliver?
We don't run a fixed daily ordering deadline. There is no clock to beat: order or message whenever suits you, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for the date you want. Fresh delivery in Leeds is often same-day when we have the blooms and the road time — the earlier you reach us, the more likely that is, but a late order isn't automatically a no.
Fresh, in Leeds
Same-day is often possible and a chosen future date always is. Pick your date at checkout; we confirm it with you.
Posted UK-wide
Made to order, then 3–5 working days in transit with tracked Royal Mail. Order ahead for a fixed date.
Bespoke & large orders
Weddings, events and custom crochet need longer. Enquire with your date and we'll work back from it.
Enquiry hours are Mon–Sun, 9am–5pm. Outside those, leave us a message and we'll pick it up as soon as we're back.
Delivery questions
How much is fresh flower delivery in Leeds?
It depends on how far your postcode is from our studio, starting at £5.00 and capped at £20.00. Enter your postcode at checkout and you'll see the exact price before you pay — there's no estimate and no surprise charge afterwards.
When will my order arrive?
For fresh flowers in Leeds we agree the day with you and hand-deliver it ourselves — including same-day when we have the blooms and the road time, which we'll tell you honestly rather than guess. Preserved and crochet orders are made up and posted, with tracked Royal Mail typically taking 3–5 working days in transit. If you have a fixed date — a wedding, a birthday, a funeral — tell us the date and we'll work back from it.
What happens if nobody is home?
We try the recipient first. If there's no answer we look for a safe, sheltered spot or try a neighbour, and you can set your preference in the delivery notes at checkout ("leave with next door", "porch is safe"). If nothing is safe we bring the flowers back to the studio and contact you to rearrange. Leaving an order in a safe place is at your own risk, so a note about the best time to deliver helps a lot. Posted orders follow Royal Mail's own process — they'll leave a card or attempt a neighbour.
Can you deliver fresh flowers outside Leeds?
Fresh flowers are Leeds and West Yorkshire only — they're hand-delivered by us, so they can't be posted without arriving in poor condition. If you're sending outside that area, preserved and hand-crocheted flowers ship UK-wide and last 3+ years with proper care instead of days. Message us with the destination and we'll point you to the right option.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes, and collection is free. Choose collection at checkout, pick a slot from the ones available, and we'll confirm the address and access details in your confirmation email. It's also the quickest option — there's no transit time at all.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not as a standard option, but international shipping of preserved and crochet pieces can often be arranged. Message us with the country and we'll quote for it.
Ready to send flowers?
Add what you'd like to the basket and the exact delivery, shipping or collection price appears at checkout — before you pay. Still not sure which applies to you? Just ask.
