Shipped UK-wide by tracked courier from £5.00, carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

We dispatch promptly (tracked, usually 3–5 working days in transit). For a fixed date or a busy season, order a little ahead so it arrives in good time.

Because every order is handmade to order with perishable or bespoke materials, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

To make sure you're happy, we share photos of your finished arrangement before it leaves the studio so you can request changes. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed, contact us and we'll put it right.
