Ordering & Enquiries
Order online from our shop, or enquire for a fully bespoke piece
We're open Mon–Sun, 9am–5pm. You can reach us via WhatsApp, Instagram, WeChat, or Xiaohongshu during these times. The shop itself takes orders 24/7 — you can check out any time and we'll pick it up in working hours.
Browse the shop and add the pieces you'd like to your cart, then check out and pay securely by card. We use Stripe — Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported, and your card details never touch our site. After payment we'll get in touch to confirm the finer details — colours, size, delivery date. Same-day delivery within Leeds is available, though we'd gently encourage ordering ahead where you can for the best availability and full customisation. Fresh flowers are Leeds local delivery or collection, while crochet and preserved flowers can also be shipped UK-wide. For a fully bespoke commission with no listed price, use the Enquire form and we'll quote and design it with you.
For a custom commission, message us (or use the Enquire form) with: the occasion (or "just because"); the type you're interested in (Bouquets / Roses / Arrangements / Crochet); preferred colours or mood (soft, bright, romantic, minimal); the date you need it for (if applicable); and any inspiration images (optional). If a piece you like is already listed in the shop, you can simply add it to your cart instead.
The most helpful details are: who it's for, what you want the flowers to say, preferred colours, and whether you want fresh flowers, preserved flowers, or crocheted flowers. If you're unsure, tell us the feeling (romantic, gentle, celebratory, comforting) and we'll suggest a direction.
Yes. You can request a colour theme, wrap colour, or a main flower preference. Final designs may vary depending on seasonal availability.
Yes — if you'd like to leave it to us, we can design a mystery bouquet guided by the occasion and your preferred vibe/colour direction.
We can create something inspired by a photo (similar mood, palette, shape), but we don't replicate arrangements exactly. Flowers are seasonal and each piece is designed individually.
That's completely fine. Tell us the occasion and the feeling you're aiming for, and we'll recommend a style direction and guide you through options.
Yes — every order can carry a personalised gift message, handwritten onto a card and tucked in so it arrives gift-ready. Just write it in the gift-message box at checkout. We can also add finishing touches like a gift bag, a balloon bouquet, ribbons or a candle — add those to your cart alongside your flowers.
Yes. We never put your details on the card or the packaging — the recipient only sees the gift message you write, so leaving your name off keeps it anonymous. Do give us YOUR contact details at checkout so we can reach you (never the recipient) if anything about the delivery needs sorting. If you'd like the surprise fully kept, say so in the notes and we won't call ahead unless we genuinely can't deliver.
Fresh Flowers
Seasonal fresh bouquets and how they last
Yes. Fresh designs are guided by seasonality and market availability. This is how we keep arrangements feeling natural, premium, and thoughtfully curated.
Longevity varies by flower type, season, and home conditions. With good care, fresh bouquets commonly last around 7–14 days, sometimes longer.
Trim stems at an angle, place in clean water, keep away from direct heat/sun, and refresh water regularly. We can share simple care tips with your order.
Bouquets are hand-tied and gift-wrapped ready to go straight into a vase, but a vase isn't included unless the listing says so — boxed and gift-style arrangements come in their own container and need no vase at all. If you're sending to someone who may not have a vase to hand (a hospital ward, an office, a student flat), tell us and we'll suggest a design that doesn't need one.
Fresh flowers are naturally and seasonally scented, so it varies with the blooms of the week. If you're sensitive to fragrance — or sending to somewhere scent-free — our hand-crochet flowers are completely scent-free and pollen-free, and preserved blooms have little to no scent. Just tell us and we'll steer the design accordingly.
Many fresh flowers — lilies especially — aren't safe around cats, so for a pet home we'll leave lilies out and design with pet-friendlier stems instead. Our pollen-free crochet flowers are a lovely worry-free option too. Mention the pet in your order notes (or message us) and we'll design with that in mind.
Rose Bouquets
Classic and mixed rose-focused designs
Yes — we offer rose-focused designs as well as mixed bouquets. If you're after a classic rose look (romantic, minimal, or statement), tell us your preferred style and tone.
Often yes, depending on availability. Share your colour preference and we'll confirm what's possible seasonally.
Preserved Flowers
Long-lasting keepsake character designs
Our preserved flowers use real preserved blooms to create adorable character and plush-inspired designs — cute cartoon shapes with a soft, fluffy texture. They're designed as lasting keepsake gifts that bring joy and surprise. Preserved flowers ship UK-wide from our Leeds studio.
Kept dry, out of direct sunlight and away from humidity, preserved flowers last many years, longer still under glass. In everyday use, expect 3+ years. They're best kept indoors, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Avoid water, humidity, and touching the flowers frequently. Keep them away from direct sun and heat sources. They're best enjoyed as a display piece in a dry indoor space.
Our preserved flowers are shaped into fun character designs — think cute cartoon shapes with a plush, fluffy feel. They're made from real preserved flowers, so they carry the beauty of real blooms but in a playful, gift-ready form that lasts.
Crochet Flowers
Handmade, pollen-free floral keepsakes
Crocheted flowers are handmade floral keepsakes created with yarn and craftsmanship. They're designed to last and can be kept as a sentimental object.
They're long-lasting keepsakes. With gentle handling and storage, they last 3+ years — indefinite with proper care.
Yes — we can often customise colours, flower types, and arrangement style. Share your idea and we'll advise what's possible.
Yes — crochet flowers are completely pollen-free, making them an ideal allergy-friendly alternative to fresh flowers. They're a popular choice for hospitals, care homes, and anyone with pollen sensitivities.
Arrangements & Gift Sets
Boxed and gift-style designs beyond bouquets
Yes — we also create arrangements such as boxed or gift-style designs. If you have a particular presentation style in mind, share a reference and we'll propose options.
Yes. We can design smaller pieces intended for shelves, desks, or bedside tables — just mention the setting and the approximate size you're aiming for.
Timing & Availability
Lead times, commissions & special requests
If you have a specific date in mind, earlier is always better — especially for weekends, busy seasons, or crochet and preserved-flower commissions. If you need something sooner, message us and we'll tell you what's possible.
Same-day and next-day flower delivery in Leeds may be possible depending on availability and schedule, and there's no fixed order deadline — the earlier in the day, the more we can do. We deliver across Leeds and West Yorkshire — including Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, and Horsforth. Choose your date and enter your delivery postcode at checkout and we'll confirm quickly, or message us first if you'd like us to check before you order.
Yes. We create custom pieces across fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and crochet. Share the occasion, palette, and any inspiration, and we'll guide the direction.
You can request a preferred flower, but we may substitute based on season and availability while keeping the same mood and colour story.
We can discuss event florals depending on scale and timing. Send details (date, location, style, and what you need) and we'll advise.
Yes — we love weddings, and we create bespoke wedding pieces across fresh, preserved and crochet flowers (bouquets, buttonholes, table pieces). Crochet bridal bouquets are a beautiful choice if you'd like to keep yours for a lifetime, and they're pollen-free. Wedding work is bespoke rather than a listed shop item: message us or use the Enquire form with your date, venue, colour palette, style and what you need, and we'll guide the direction, arrange a consultation and quote it personally. Please get in touch as early as you can — wedding dates book up well ahead.
Delivery & Collection
Where we deliver and collection options
We deliver across Leeds and West Yorkshire — including Leeds city centre, Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Horsforth, and surrounding areas. Fresh flowers are delivered locally; preserved flowers and crochet florals can be shipped UK-wide. Enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm availability and the exact delivery cost before you pay.
Yes — collection from our Leeds studio is free, and you can choose it instead of delivery at checkout. Pick your collection date and slot there, and add a preferred time if you have one in mind; we'll confirm the address and timing with you.
Local Leeds and West Yorkshire delivery is priced by distance, so the cost depends on your postcode — enter it at checkout and the exact figure is shown before you pay. Preserved flowers and crochet florals ship UK-wide with tracked Royal Mail. Collection from our Leeds studio is always free.
We'll always try the recipient first. If there's no answer we look for a safe, sheltered spot, or try a neighbour — and you can tell us your preference in the delivery notes at checkout (for example "leave with next door" or "porch is safe"). If we can't leave the flowers safely we take them back to the studio and get in touch to rearrange. Fresh flowers are best received in person where possible, so a note about the best time helps a lot.
You can tell us a preferred time frame at checkout — "morning", "afternoon", "early evening", or the time an event starts — and we'll do our very best to work around it. We can't guarantee a fixed time slot, as local delivery routes are planned around the day's orders, but we'll always let you know if your preference isn't possible.
Yes, and it's worth checking with them first: many hospitals and care homes don't accept fresh flowers on wards (pollen, allergies, and lack of vases), in which case our crochet flowers are a lovely, welcome alternative — they're yarn, so completely pollen-free. Preserved pieces work well too: they're real blooms, so they release very little pollen rather than none at all. For a hospital please include the ward and the patient's full name; for a funeral home or crematorium include the name of the deceased and the service time; for an office, reception is usually the safest delivery point. Add these details in the delivery notes at checkout and we'll take care of it.
Often yes — we take enquiries and orders every day, and Sunday or bank-holiday delivery around Leeds is usually possible depending on the day's schedule. Peak dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) book up early, so please order ahead where you can. If your date is tight, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Our crochet flowers and preserved flowers ship UK-wide as standard, and international shipping is available on request — message us with the destination country before you order and we'll come back to you with the options and cost. Fresh flowers are local to Leeds and West Yorkshire only, as they can't travel that far and stay beautiful.
Collection
Collecting from our Leeds studio — where, when, and what it costs
Collection is from our studio in Leeds, West Yorkshire (LS1), and it's free. There's more than one way to reach us — on foot / walk-in and by car — and you pick the one that suits you at checkout. We're a working studio rather than a walk-in shop, so the exact address and the access notes go out in your confirmation email once you've booked a slot — that way nobody arrives at a door with nothing waiting for them.
Our collection slots are Morning Slot and Afternoon Slot. Choose Collection at checkout, pick the slot you want and we'll confirm it back to you. If none of those work for your day, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
No — collection is always free, whichever way you order. It's also the fastest option, because there's no transit at all: fresh flowers go from the bench to your hands the same day they're made. Delivery is the only fulfilment option we charge for, and you can compare all three on our delivery information page.
Yes. Add their name in the order notes at checkout so we know who to expect, and ask them to bring the order number. We won't hand a bespoke or gift order to someone we weren't told about — that safeguard is the point.
Message us as early as you can and we'll move it. Fresh flowers are made for the day you chose, so a missed slot isn't the end of the world but it does mean the arrangement is sitting at its best rather than yours — the earlier we know, the better we can time the rebuild. Preserved and crochet pieces keep, so those can wait for you.
Delivery Prices & Areas
What delivery costs, how far we drive, and how parcels travel
Fresh flowers are hand-delivered by us across Leeds and West Yorkshire, and they're priced by the road distance from our studio to your address rather than by a flat national rate. It starts at £5.00 for the closest addresses and never goes above £20.00. Enter the delivery postcode at checkout and the exact charge for that address is shown before you pay — no estimate, and nothing added afterwards.
Preserved flowers and hand-crocheted florals travel well, so those go anywhere in the UK by tracked Royal Mail from £5.00. You get the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. Everything is made to order, so allow making time as well as posting time — for a fixed date, tell us the date and we'll work back from it.
Collection from our studio is always free. Delivery itself is charged — locally by distance, and UK-wide by the postage the parcel actually needs — and the exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay.
Fresh flowers are Leeds and West Yorkshire only — including Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay and Horsforth, out to roughly 15 km from the studio. They're carried upright and handed over, so posting them isn't an option: a fresh bouquet arrives in poor condition. Anywhere further afield, our crochet florals ship UK-wide instead. If your postcode falls outside the driving range, checkout tells you rather than quietly taking the order.
No. We deliberately run no fixed daily deadline — there's no clock to beat. Order or message whenever suits you and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for the date you want. Same-day delivery around Leeds is often on when we have the blooms and the road time; the earlier in the day you reach us the more likely that is, but a late order isn't automatically a no.
Payments & Policies
Payment, refunds & what to expect
You pay securely by card at checkout. We use Stripe — Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported — and your card details never touch our site. For a fully bespoke commission with no listed price, we'll share a secure payment link once we've confirmed your design and quote.
Because many items are made-to-order, changes and cancellations depend on timing and materials already purchased. If your plans change, message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Because flowers are seasonal and each piece is handmade, every design is unique. We always aim to match the agreed style, palette, and mood.
Then we put it right — you're never left out of pocket. Message us as soon as you can (a photo helps enormously, and please send it within 48 hours of delivery while we can still see what happened) and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. This is separate from change-of-mind: made-to-order flowers aren't returnable simply because you've changed your mind, but a damaged, wilted-on-arrival or incorrect order is always our responsibility to fix.
Occasionally, yes. Fresh flowers are bought seasonally at market, so a specific bloom may not be available on your day. If that happens we substitute with a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the same colour story, style and overall feel of the design — never a downgrade, and never a different look. If a substitution would meaningfully change your piece (for example the one flower the whole gift was about) we'll contact you first. Preserved and crochet pieces are made to their listing and aren't substituted.
